These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 3jlp platform and all associated services. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 3jlp. This is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. Age verification is required before any real-money account activity is permitted.
Each individual may hold only one 3jlp account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and results in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
All bonuses, free credits, and promotions at 3jlp are subject to wagering requirements and expiry periods. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim the same offer — constitutes fraud and terminates the member's account permanently.
All withdrawal requests require a fully verified (KYC-complete) account. Funds may only be withdrawn to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's verified name. 3jlp does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated bots, exploitation of software errors, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. 3jlp cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR's regulatory oversight on all fraud investigations.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes arising from use of the 3jlp platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute process are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the 3jlp platform and completing the account registration process, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the 3jlp Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 3jlp.
2.2 Your continued use of the 3jlp platform following the publication of any amended version of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. 3jlp will notify Members of material changes via the registered mobile number or email on file.
2.3 This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming activities on the 3jlp platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR's responsible gaming directives. 3jlp enforces strict age verification as part of the KYC process, and no account shall be activated for real-money play prior to successful age verification.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The 3jlp platform is operated for the Philippine market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. 3jlp makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Restricted Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 3jlp:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 3jlp platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information, payment methods, device, or IP address — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any Account Balance.
4.3 KYC Documents. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 3jlp shall require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photocopy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include, without limitation: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID Card, Driver's License issued by the LTO, and GSIS e-Card. 3jlp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
4.4 Verification Timeline. 3jlp shall endeavour to complete KYC verification within three (3) business days of receiving a complete document submission. During any period in which KYC verification is pending, deposits may be made and games may be played, but withdrawal requests will be held in queue until verification is completed.
4.5 Account Ownership. A 3jlp account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so renders the account subject to immediate suspension.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlp login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 3jlp in writing of unauthorised access prior to such activity occurring.
5.3 In the event you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify 3jlp immediately via the live chat support function within your account dashboard or by email to the address listed in Section 16. 3jlp will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.
5.4 3jlp will never request your password through any external channel — including SMS, Messenger, Viber, Facebook, or any social media platform. Any communication purporting to be from 3jlp that requests your password or OTP is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
3jlp accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and selected cryptocurrency channels. All deposits are credited to the Member's account wallet in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the applicable exchange rate where currency conversion applies. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 3jlp does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
3jlp endeavours to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to four business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
7.1 All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, rebates, and other promotional benefits (collectively, "Promotions") offered by 3jlp are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These terms are published on the individual promotion page within the Member's account and constitute part of this Agreement by reference.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 3jlp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing claimed bonuses will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of claim.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than for genuine gaming entertainment, or employing arbitrage strategies across promotions — constitutes Bonus Abuse. 3jlp reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently terminate accounts found to have engaged in Bonus Abuse.
8.1 All slot games, live dealer games, and other RNG-based games available on 3jlp are supplied by licensed third-party gaming content providers. These games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the game supplier.
8.2 Game outcomes are final once the result is determined by the RNG or live dealer. 3jlp does not have the technical ability to alter the outcome of any game in progress, and no employee or agent of 3jlp is authorised to promise or imply any such ability.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error affecting a game session, 3jlp's game logs shall serve as the definitive record of the session outcome. Where a technical fault cannot be resolved in a Member's favour, 3jlp may at its discretion offer a partial refund of the affected bet amount.
8.4 Live dealer game rules applicable to each table (minimum and maximum bet limits, side bet availability, house rules) are displayed within the game interface and constitute part of this Agreement by reference.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3jlp platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement:
10.1 All content on the 3jlp platform — including but not limited to the 3jlp name, logo, interface design, software, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 3jlp or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3jlp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of 3jlp.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 3jlp's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 3jlp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
11.3 3jlp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: network outages or connectivity issues beyond 3jlp's reasonable control; delays or failures in Philippine banking or e-wallet systems including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank; force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or civil disturbance; or any third-party actions or omissions.
12.1 3jlp is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides Members with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss thresholds, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly within your account settings without requiring contact with support.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted to 3jlp will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be deactivated and all marketing communications from 3jlp will cease. Self-exclusion periods are subject to minimum durations as specified in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
12.3 3jlp will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Member to re-register or reactivate their account prior to the expiry of the self-exclusion period. 3jlp strongly recommends that any Member experiencing difficulties with gambling-related behaviour seek assistance from professional support services.

13.1 3jlp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without notice, if: the Member breaches any provision of this Agreement; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; the Member's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified through the KYC process; or continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to 3jlp.
13.2 Upon termination for cause (i.e., resulting from a Member's breach of this Agreement), 3jlp reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance including any pending withdrawals, and to pursue further legal remedies as applicable under Philippine law.
13.3 A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their 3jlp account may do so by submitting a written request via the live chat support function or to the email address in Section 16. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to account closure, provided no breach of this Agreement has occurred.
14.1 3jlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
14.2 For material amendments — those that substantially affect Member rights or obligations — 3jlp shall provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to the Member's account before the revised terms take effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the 3jlp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
15.1 This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
15.2 Internal Dispute Process. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 3jlp platform, you must first contact 3jlp's support team via live chat or the email address listed in Section 16. 3jlp will endeavour to acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. All disputes must be submitted in writing with sufficient detail to allow proper investigation.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through 3jlp's internal process, either party may escalate the matter. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
15.4 Notwithstanding the above, 3jlp retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines to prevent or remedy any breach of this Agreement that would cause irreparable harm.
